We're incredibly excited to announce that we've partnered with amazing health insurance brand Vitality to bring some fantastic deals to our Mindful Chefs. Vitality has an amazing active rewards program, through which members earn weekly points and unlock rewards from partners - like Mindful Chef. Exciting stuff! 

 

So what's the offer? We're now giving weekly rewards through vitality that can be used against a Mindful Chef delivery each week. This reward will be either £10 or £5 - depending on the type of Vitality membership you have (see further details in the rewards section of your vitality account).

 

To link your existing Mindful Chef account simply head to the Rewards section in your Vitality app and click on Partners and Rewards at the bottom:

Next, scroll down the list and click on Mindful Chef (it's alphabetical) then click on Find Out More.

After that, all you need to do is click on Link Your Mindful Chef Account To Vitality, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box, then follow the steps laid out afterwards to link your account

What’s the offer?

£10/ £5 off when you:

1) Achieve 12 points with vitality in a week (Monday - Sunday).

2) Place an order with us of over £30 once the discount has been added to your account.

 

*Please remember that Recipe Box orders and Ready to Go orders count as separate orders so if you place one of each, only one will benefit from the reward.

 

 

How do I know when the discount has been added?

The discounts will be added to qualifying Mindful Chef accounts each Thursday the week after the qualifying week (the week after you got your 12 points and earned the reward) and will be valid against one order placed in the following 7 days.

Customers will receive an email on the Thursday, confirming this has been done. Example:

 

- In one week (Monday - Sunday) you earn 12 Vitality points.

- The following Thursday at midnight your rewards discount will be added to your linked account.

- An email will be sent on the Thursday confirming the reward has been added to your Mindful Chef account.

- You'll now be able to use the discount against any qualifying order placed and paid for within the next week (up to the following Wednesday). Any rewards will become invalid after the week.

 

Please make sure not to place any order before this as the discount cannot be added retroactively or after it has expired.

 

Am I eligible for this discount?

You must be an active Vitality Plus, Vitality Select or Vitality at work member and link your Mindful Chef account to your Vitality account to be able to gain these rewards.

 

Is there a minimum order?

To make use of this offer there is a minimum spend of £30. Please note your order must exceed £30 before the delivery charge is calculated.

 

How long will I have to use this offer once the discount has been added?

The voucher will remain valid on your Mindful Chef account for 7 days after being added. After 7 days, the reward will be automatically removed from your account and you will need to earn another to continue using the reward.

 

Can this reward be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts?

Unfortunately, we're not able to have multiple discounts on an account so this discount will override any existing offers you already have (eg. New Customer voucher).

 

This will not affect any credit you have on your account, however, so if you have any credit from a gift voucher or from another source, this will still be deducted alongside the Vitality reward.

 

I've been sent a better offer. Can I un-link my Mindful Chef account while I use this and then re-link it once I've used up that offer?

Absolutely! To do this simply head to the reward in your vitality account and follow their steps to un-link your account. You can link it again whenever you want so you can still make use of the refer a friend scheme and loyal customer rewards that we send out!

 

I'm a Waitrose X Mindful Chef customer. Can I also make use of the Vitality X Mindful Chef rewards offer?

 

Unfortunately, we can only have one collaborative partnership attached to an account at a time. This means you won't be able to link your Waitrose X Mindful Chef account to the Vitality rewards scheme. We're sorry for any disappointment and will look into how we can improve on this in future collaborations.
