Any voucher or credit balance you have on your Mindful Chef account will automatically apply to the next payment that processes.
Payment is processed immediately for any frozen orders purchased on your account and will take into account any vouchers or credit balance you have. If you would prefer for your voucher to only apply to your recipe boxes, you are welcome to order your frozen items directly at shop.mindfulchef.com instead.
If your voucher or credit balance covers more than one order, it will continue to apply automatically to your subsequent payments until fully redeemed. If you have an ongoing discount, this will now apply to any frozen orders you place on your Mindful Chef account, in addition to your recipe boxes!
For new customers who wish to redeem a voucher, simply enter your code in the box at checkout when you set up your account. If you are an existing customer and wish to redeem a gift voucher, simply email us at email@example.com and we can sort this for you!
Please note that if your voucher is specifically for shop.mindfulchef.com, you will need to go to our separate site to redeem this. The voucher will be a single-use code, so you will need to claim the full value in one go.

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our frozen store products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to be able to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep a lookout for future updates!
