How will my voucher, discount or credit work on my Mindful Chef account?

Any voucher or credit balance you have on your Mindful Chef account will automatically apply to the next payment we process.

 

If you place a Ready to Go order on your account, we'll take the payment immediately and will take into account any vouchers or credit balance you have. 

 

If your voucher or credit balance covers more than one order, it'll continue to apply automatically to your subsequent payments until fully redeemed.

 

If you've got an ongoing discount, this will now apply to any shop orders you place on your Mindful Chef account, in addition to your recipe boxes!

 

For new customers who want to use a voucher, simply enter your code in the box at checkout when you set up your account. If you're an existing customer and wish to redeem a gift voucher, please email us at hello@mindfulchef.com and we can add this to your account for you! Also, our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
