If you need to report a problem with your Ready to Go delivery (missing or damaged items, box not delivered, etc.), please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select the delivery from your calendar:
3. Select 'Had an issue with this order?'
4. Once selected, simply follow the prompts to report your issue
5. Once you finish your report, we'll send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been recorded. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem.
