The easiest way to report an issue with your frozen order is on your Mindful Chef account.
If you need to report an issue with your frozen delivery (missing or damaged items, box not delivered, etc.), please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select the delivery from your calendar:
3. Select 'Had an issue with this order?'
4. Once selected, simply follow the prompts to report your issue
5. Once you finish your report, we will send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been recorded. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem.
