How do I report an issue with my Ready to Go order?

Everything you need to manage your orders is available in your Mindful Chef account.

 

Simply log in and you'll see your most recent order in your account as well as a link to view all past orders:

You can also hover over 'YOUR ORDERS' at the top of the page and click 'Past orders':

Find the order and click 'REPORT AN ISSUE' to get started. You can also view a detailed order summary by clicking the arrow (circled in red below):

You'll be taken to your order summary:

To get in touch about your Ready to Go delivery (missing or damaged items, box not delivered, etc.), click 'Report issue with this box' and follow the prompts:

We'll send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been reported. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem.
