How do I change the address on my frozen order?

When you place a frozen order from your Mindful Chef account, you'll have to review your order before completing it. On the order summary page, you'll see the shipping address for this delivery at the bottom of the page:

Please note that frozen orders placed from your subscription account will be sent to the address that's on your Mindful Chef account when the order is placed, as stated in your order confirmation email.

 

If you'd like your frozen order sent to a different address than the one you have on your Mindful Chef account, please place it separately at shop.mindfulchef.com. You'll be asked to enter your details and the delivery address for that particular order. This change won't affect the deliveries on your Mindful Chef account.

 

Please note, any purchases made on shop.mindfulchef.com are processed immediately for next day delivery and cannot be edited or cancelled. If you have any issues, please contact hello@mindfulchef.com for assistance.

 

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our frozen store products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep an eye out for any updates!
