How do I place a frozen order from my subscription account?

You can now use your Mindful Chef account to purchase our frozen items!

Everything you need is now available in one convenient place - easily manage your frozen orders alongside your recipe boxes on the delivery calendar in your Mindful Chef account.

 

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our frozen store products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to be able to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep a lookout for future updates!

 

You can receive a frozen order any day of the week you choose! Simply click on the date in your calendar to get started. At the top of the screen, you will be able to pick from four options: Recipes, Ready meals, Soups & broths and Smoothies.

Add the items you'd like to add to your basket from each category. Once you're happy, click on the basket icon in the top right corner and then 'Review Order'. This will take you to a summary of your order. If everything looks good, and you're happy with your details click 'Complete shop order'.

The payment will be processed immediately and you will be able to see your order on your calendar:

If you'd like to receive your frozen order on the same day as your regular fresh recipe box, just click on this date in your calendar. Underneath your recipe choices, you will be able to see an additional segment for frozen orders. Just press 'Shop Frozen' to shop our frozen range.

Add the items you'd like to order to your basket. When you are happy, go to the basket and click on 'Review order'. You will be able to see your recipe choices alongside the frozen order on the summary screen.

Once you're happy, click on 'Complete shop order'. The frozen order will be charged immediately and you will be able to see this order on your calendar alongside your recipe box, as indicated below on the 23rd:

Payment for your recipe box will only process after your deadline for changes has passed. This is midnight, four days before delivery.

Note: Frozen orders under £24 incur a delivery charge of £4.95. This delivery charge will also apply to frozen orders scheduled on the same day as your fresh recipe box.
