Can I cancel or edit a shop order on my account?

Once you review and confirm your healthy shop order on your account, we'll take the payment immediately.

Even though you won't be able to edit the order after you've placed it, you can still easily cancel it and place another one if you wish.

 

Click on the shop order you'd like to cancel from your calendar. On the right, you'll see the summary of it with a link underneath that says 'Cancel shop order':

When you click the link, you'll see a pop-up asking you to confirm that you'd like to cancel the order and informing you that we've credited the amount you've paid to your Mindful Chef account:

Once you confirm that you're happy to cancel, the delivery will be removed from your calendar and your account will be credited.

You then have the option of scheduling a new order for our pre-made items for this date if you wish.

 

 

Please note, it’s not possible to cancel your shop order after 10 am the day before it is due.

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our healthy shop products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep an eye out for any updates!
