Can I stop my recipe boxes and only order frozen items on my Mindful Chef account?

If you'd like to plan ahead you can now order your frozen meals, smoothies and broths in advance, directly from your Mindful Chef account!

 

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our frozen store products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to be able to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep a lookout for future updates!

 

When you sign up to Mindful Chef, you will be automatically subscribed to receive our fresh recipe boxes. You can cancel the subscription at any time, by going to 'Your preferences', scrolling down and clicking 'Amend subscription' at the bottom of the page. Then, just follow the steps to cancel. For detailed instructions, please click here.

 

Once your subscription is cancelled, it’s easy to plan your frozen orders. Simply click on the date in your calendar to get started. At the top of the screen, you will be able to pick from four options: Recipes, Ready meals, Soups & broths and Smoothies. (double-check in case this changes)

Add the items you'd like to add to your basket from each category. Once you're happy, click on the basket icon in the top right corner and then 'Review Order'. This will take you to a summary of your order. When you're happy to continue, click 'Complete shop order'.

 

The payment will be processed immediately and you will be able to see your order on your calendar.

 

If you'd like to order our frozen items without a Mindful Chef account, please head to shop.mindfulchef.com. Orders placed on this site will be processed for next-day delivery if ordered before 9PM. If you order after 9PM, the box will be on a 2-day delivery service.

 

Please note that frozen orders act as stand-alone orders and are not affected by whether your recipe box subscription is active or cancelled. Cancelling your recipe box subscription will not affect any frozen orders you have in place on your calendar.
