How can I review my frozen order?

You can now use your Mindful Chef account to purchase our frozen items!

Everything you need is now available in one convenient place - simply log into your Mindful Chef account where you can schedule and review all of your orders on your delivery calendar.

To review your frozen order, simply click on your chosen date in the calendar to be taken to a summary:

If you have a recipe box order in place for the same day, this will also be visible on the summary page. For help managing your recipe boxes click here.

 

If you need to report an issue with your frozen order or would like to send us your feedback, please click here.

 

Need to make any amendments to your frozen order? Click here.

 

Please note that any purchases made separately on shop.mindfulchef.com will not be visible on your Mindful Chef calendar.

 

We’ve recently introduced the option to purchase our frozen store products directly from your Mindful Chef calendar. This is a new feature that isn’t available on the app just yet - we hope to be able to introduce our full range of products on the app in the near future, so keep a lookout for future updates!
