For all orders from our Ready to Go range, we include bags that contain dry ice.

Dry ice is made from frozen carbon dioxide, which evaporates slowly. The bags may appear empty by the time of delivery as it skips the liquid phase and goes straight from solid to gas.

The dry ice keeps the items frozen by keeping the atmosphere inside the box cold, it's why we have the full box liner, to seal the air in.
