How do I cancel a delivery?

If you wish to skip an upcoming delivery, you can do so via your delivery calendar. Active deliveries will be shown in your calendar in orange as indicated in the example below

To cancel a delivery:

Select the delivery which you would like to cancel (please note, only orange coloured deliveries can be cancelled):

You will be directed to see the details of this delivery. Just hit 'skip delivery':

As a reassurance, you will be asked if you are sure that you would like to skip this delivery, you just need to say yes:

Once you have done this, you will be redirected back to your calendar where you will see that the upcoming delivery has disappeared:

Please remember our deadline for changes and cancellations is midnight, four days before each scheduled delivery.
