You can edit your order up to 4 days before your delivery date. For example if you receive your delivery on a Sunday, your deadline for editing your order will be midnight Wednesday.
If the deadline to edit your order has passed and you realise something is incorrect with your order (such as your delivery address or date) - please email the customer service team on email@example.com. The team will do their best to assist you and if they can, make any changes manually, but unfortunately this isn't always possible.
We send out thousands of boxes each day, so once the packing process has started, it is very challenging for our operations team to identify one individual box to make last minute changes.
