The easiest way to report an issue with your recipe box is by downloading the Mindful Chef app, available now on Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, you can use our mobile or desktop site.
If you discover an ingredient is missing from your recipe box, or if an item is damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select the delivery in your calendar that is missing an item:
3. Select 'had an issue with this box':
4. Once selected, just simply follow the instructions:
You will need to choose the meal from which the item is missing:
and finally the missing item:
5. Once you finish your report, we will send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been reported. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem
