The easiest way to manage your account is on the Mindful Chef app, available on Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, you can use our mobile or desktop site.
Everything you need to manage your orders is available in your Mindful Chef account. Simply log in and click 'Your orders' to get started:
Click 'Past orders' to view a record of your previous deliveries. Click 'Report an issue', or to view a detailed order summary, click the arrow (circled in red):
You'll be taken to your order summary, as below:
To get in touch about your Recipe Box (missing or damaged items, box not delivered, etc.), click 'Report issue with this box' and follow the prompts:
We'll send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been reported. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem.
