For our recipe boxes, we offer a flexible subscription service to suit your lifestyle with no tie in, no minimum spend, and no hidden fees. The default setting when you sign up is to receive a recipe box every week unless you specify something else. 

Most of our customers like this feature as it automates their weekly meal planning, but you can change this online in 'Your Preferences', or by emailing us at hello@mindfulchef.com.

Going away? We allow you to cancel individual deliveries up to 8 weeks in advance.

In order to reduce food waste, we do ask that you let us know in time before midnight 4 days prior to your delivery, to avoid us packing and sending the box.

All shop orders are one-off orders and not part of our recipe box subscription. You can order our healthy frozen meals, smoothies and broths separately on shop.mindfulchef.com, or directly via your Mindful Chef account.
