How do I cancel my subscription?

If you've had a problem with your box or the service, please get in touch with the team and we'll do our very best to fix the problem - we don't want any customer leaving Mindful Chef with a negative experience.

You can skip deliveries if you're going away for a short period of time, or change to fortnightly or deliveries every 3 or 4 weeks if you'd simply like to amend your schedule.
 
If you'd like to cancel the subscription instead, sign in to your account and head to 'preferences':

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Amend Subscription':

Please make sure to answer the prompts to help us understand why you're cancelling and register any feedback you may have. Click 'Confirm Cancellation' to save your changes:

Once completed, we'll send you an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled. Any future orders that haven't yet been processed will be cancelled.

 

You'll see a banner saying 'Subscription deactivated' after your changes have been saved.

It's easy to reactivate at any time - we'd love to see you back soon! Simply click 'Restart subscription' to resume your deliveries:

Please note that we're unable to cancel any upcoming orders if your deadline has already passed, as we'll have processed your order with our suppliers.

 

If you've had less than 4 Mindful Chef deliveries, you'll be asked to get in touch with us to help manage your account.
