If you've had a problem with your box or the service please do get in touch with the team and we'll do our very best to fix the problem - we don't want any customer leaving Mindful Chef with a negative experience.
Simply head to 'Your Preferences', scroll to the bottom of the page, select 'Amend subscription' and follow the prompts accordingly - once done you will receive a confirmation email, no further deliveries or charges will be due but it is easy to reactivate - we'd love to see you back soon.
Sign in to your account and click 'Your Preferences':
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'AMEND SUBSCRIPTION' (blue box):
Contact our Customer Care team if you have any problems or queries, we're happy to help. If you still wish to cancel, click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' to be taken to the next step (orange box):
Complete the prompts to provide feedback on the reason for your cancellation:
Once completed, you will see a confirmation banner (in green) and the option to restart deliveries should you wish (in orange):
Any scheduled orders that have not been processed will be cancelled if you cancel your subscription.
Please note we are unable to cancel any upcoming orders if your deadline window has already passed.
If you have had less than 2 Mindful Chef deliveries, you will be asked to get in touch with us to help manage your account.
