If you've had a problem with your box or the service, please get in touch with the team and we'll do our very best to fix the problem - we don't want any customer leaving Mindful Chef with a negative experience.
Simply head to 'Preferences', scroll to the bottom of the page, click 'Amend subscription' and follow the prompts. Once done, you'll receive an email confirming this has been saved.
No further deliveries or charges will be due, but it's easy to reactivate - we'd love to see you back soon!
Sign in to your account and click 'Preferences':

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Amend Subscription' (purple box):
Please make sure to answer the prompts to register your feedback, then click 'Cancel Subscription' at the end.
You'll see an orange banner saying 'Subscription deactivated' after you've successfully cancelled it and will receive a confirmation email.
Any scheduled orders that haven't been processed will be cancelled if you cancel your subscription.
Please note that we're unable to cancel any upcoming orders if your deadline has already passed, as the order will already have been processed.
If you've had less than 2 Mindful Chef deliveries, you'll be asked to get in touch with us to help manage your account.
