How do I change my recipe box delivery day?

The easiest way to manage your account is by downloading the Mindful Chef app, available now on Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, you can use our mobile or desktop site.

 

Changing the delivery day for your recipe boxes is easy!

Please be mindful of our order deadline which is 4 days before your next delivery is due.

 

Simply log in to your account and head to your 'Preferences':

Select your preferred delivery day. We'll deliver a recipe box on ALL the days with a checkmark, so be sure to deselect your original day:

Please note if you select multiple days, you will receive multiple recipe boxes per week.
 
 
When happy with your selection, click 'UPDATE & SAVE' to record your changes.
 
Head back to your 'orders' page to check your new schedule is correct. Changing your preferences will reset your upcoming orders, so make sure you're happy with your new meal choices.
 
 
 

If you’d prefer to make a temporary change, without changing your overall settings, you can cancel an individual box, and then place a new one-off order on your chosen date. This way, your usual schedule won’t be affected by this one-off change.
