Q: Changing Your Delivery Day

If you wish to change your default delivery day: Simply log in to your account and head to your 'Preferences': Select your preferred delivery day. We'll deliver a recipe box on ALL the days with a checkmark, so be sure to deselect any days you do not require a delivery. Please note if you select multiple days, you will receive multiple recipe boxes per week. When happy with your selection, click 'Update & SAVE' to record your changes. Head back to your 'orders' page to check your new schedule is correct. Changing your preferences will reset your upcoming orders, so make sure you're happy with your new meal choices. If you wish to change the delivery day of an individual order: Select the 'upcoming orders' view in your Mindful Chef account. Scroll to the order which you would like to amend and select 'change day'. From here, you will be able to select the day in which you'd like for your box to arrive Make sure to click 'confirm' to your changes. Please also make sure to double check your delivery calendar to ensure your changes were saved correctly.
