Mindful Chef ensures you get all the nutrients you need to enjoy fresh, tasty meals (all nutritionally balanced) week in, week out. It’s about getting the right nutrition and the right balance your body needs. Low-calorie meals with high nutritional value are key.
Everything is pre-portioned and pre-packaged – which helps you think less about what to cook, and more about what you’re going to enjoy on your plate!
We are proud to be the only recipe box to cater for a wide range of diets and the only box in the UK to be completely gluten free, and don't use dairy ingredients.
We have a number of meals that are Paleo friendly and our rotating menu of 20 recipes every week means there is always something for everyone.
While we don't cater specifically for those following a keto diet we do have lower carbohydrate options on our menu each week. All of our recipes are free from refined carbohydrates - instead, we choose to load recipes with more vegetables, beans and wholegrains.
Mindful Chef was the first recipe box to offer vegan options and we're proud to have a large selection of ever-changing plant-based recipes on our menu every single week.
We aren't currently able to cater for a FODMAP diet.
