Your subscription is flexible, and you can change the frequency of your deliveries, skip boxes, and add one-off orders.
To add more deliveries to your schedule, log in to your Mindful Chef account and go to 'Preferences':
Scroll to 'pick your delivery day(s)' and choose the days you'd like to receive a delivery. Please note we will deliver on all days you select.
Click 'Update and Save' to record your changes:
NOTE: When you amend your preferences the system will reset your scheduled orders. This means your meals selection for all of your upcoming boxes will be reset. Make sure to double-check what's in your upcoming orders after making changes to your preferences.
Head back to 'your orders' to view your new schedule under 'upcoming orders' or in the 'calendar', shown below:
You can also add ad-hoc deliveries if you want an extra box as a one-off:
1- Head to the 'calendar' view
2- Click on the date you'd like an extra box
3- Pick your meals and add them to your basket
4- Head to your basket and click 'Confirm recipes'
5- Your order will be added to your schedule and we'll email you a confirmation
NOTE: When you create a one-off order this won't cancel or change any subscription orders that may already be scheduled. The one-off box will be in addition to any existing orders.
