Your subscription is flexible, and you can change the frequency of your deliveries, skip boxes, and add one-off orders.
To change the frequency, log in to your Mindful Chef account and go to your 'Preferences':
Scroll to 'How often would you like your box?' and choose from weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks:
When happy with your selection, click 'UPDATE & SAVE' to record your changes:
If you’d prefer, you can skip a week by cancelling an individual box. This way, your usual schedule won’t be affected by this one-off change.
The easiest way to manage your account is on the Mindful Chef app, available on Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, you can use our mobile or desktop site.
