Courier/ Delivery Issues
If you're worried about any potential issues with your delivery due to issues such as snow, please head to our Courier Delays FAQ for up to date information. You can also get more information and track your delivery directly with DPD on the DPD website. This is the easiest way to get peace of mind.
Problem with your box?
We're really sorry if something is wrong with your delivery. We pack our boxes with the highest standards in mind but if you do need to report an issue, please head to your online account, select the delivery date in the calendar and tap the ‘Report’ button at the top right of the screen. This is the quickest way to let us know that there's something we need to look into for you. More info here!
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription we'll be very sorry to see you go but please head to our FAQ How do I cancel / close my account? for detailed instructions on how to do this in your online account.
