Courier delays

We're currently experiencing some delays with box deliveries. Our couriers are working really hard to resolve this ASAP, but there have been a few unexpected issues that have led to these delays including: 
  • Snow across Great Britain causing issues at depots and impacting delivery routes
  • Motorway closures impacting delivery routes
We will notify you should you be affected by these delays. In the meantime, please check the status of your upcoming delivery through the tracking link in your email or app, you can also visit the DPD website for more details.
 
Your state of the art packaging will keep your produce fresh and cool upon delivery. In the unfortunate event that your frozen produce is defrosted on arrival please report this issue via your account and the team will follow up with you.
