If you discover an ingredient is missing from you recipe box please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select the 'Past Deliveries' tab

3. Select the delivery date for the box your item was missing from

4. Once selected, click on the 'Report An Issue' button on the right hand side

5. A form will pop-up for you to complete and submit. We will send you an automatic email to confirm the issue has been reported. This will immediately be shared with our customer care team who will be in touch to resolve the problem
