Unlike other recipe box companies you don't have to limit yourself to a vegan or meat/fish menu each week.

With Mindful Chef you can choose to mix your proteins.

To do this log into your account > select My Account > select Order Preferences

Select the dashes at the top left hand corner > click on 'Personal Details' to view drop down > select 'Order Preferences'


Then select the proteins you'd like to include which will be highlighted in orange and 'save changes'. If you'd only like to see vegan recipes on the menu, simply deselect all proteins you see on this page 🌱
