The cut off for amending orders is Thursday at midnight for Sunday/Monday deliveries and Monday at midnight for Thursday/Friday deliveries. 

At this time we place orders with the small farms that we work with. Labels, manifests and driver routes are all sorted on a Friday and Tuesday.

We receive fresh produce and it is packed overnight before being dispatched with drivers. Once the packing process begins it is incredibly difficult for us to cancel an individual box.

We're a small business and you can imagine the considerable expense that we have gone to by this stage. If you are not able to receive the delivery, we can request that the driver holds the delivery and we will donate it to Fareshare, a food waste charity that we work with, on your behalf.
