Can I change my delivery address?
It's very difficult for us to change your delivery address at this point, as the labels are already printed and the drivers routes have been optimised for the most efficient route around London. However if your new address is close (and likely to be made by the same van) we will do everything possible to make this happen.
If the route is being made by a different driver, we will pack you a fresh box and deliver it on Monday.
If you have an urgent message for the driver, simply reply to an email from Mindful Chef and someone from our customer service team will get back to you. We work 9:30am - 8pm on Sundays.
